Lead Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure sustainable growth of the company to support our deliverables, May Mobility is looking for a Recruiter. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be key in helping May Mobility grow the team.  This role will be responsible for recruiting new hires and HR onboarding processes.  Specifically, the Recruiter  will have the following responsibilities:

  • Building a pipeline of top technical and business talent through researching and sourcing for candidates
  • Perform preliminary phone screens of technical and nontechnical candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Manage hiring manager expectations, refine processes around interviewing and hiring people with a focus on candidate experience
  • Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with full-cycle recruitment at a high-growth technology company
  • Direct experience sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier technical candidates and non-technical candidates alike
  • Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn and other social media channels
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors, including recruiting candidates from a nationwide search
  • Good ability to build pipelines from scratch, over and over again to find the absolute best people for the team
  • High Degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail, you don’t let anything fall through the cracks
  • Expert communication skills
  • Understanding the value of company culture and values in hiring
  • Experience using Google Suite

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience establishing recruiting processes
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Operations experience
