Job Summary

May Mobility is entering into an exciting phase of growth for the company where we are moving into the production phase of operations development. We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Site Manager to oversee a fleet of Vehicles, Safety Drivers and Field Service Technicians. This role will act as the direct interface for May Mobility with our customer.  This role will report directly to the Operations Site Manager and will be key in helping May Mobility meet the growing demand for our transportation services.  

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Specifically, the Operations Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
  • Ensure on-time, management of all key personnel and provide best in class customer service to both the internal and external customers during a afternoon shift
  • Lead strategic decision-making for the site, this leader will have a direct impact on the operating budget and profit and loss responsibility
  • Liaise with the customer to handle all escalations that could have a negative impact on the customers desired service
  • Oversee contracted safety drivers to ensure exceptional customer service with both the onsite paying customer and internal team customer
  • Support the engineers with reporting and timely action when a mechanical issue arises
  • Develop a safety culture that is beyond reproach
  • Create a work environment that values all team members

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years experience as a people leader in a fast adapting environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience meeting with customers and providing feedback
  • Experience managing a process in an operations environment
  • Level headed leader who leads by example, understands the situation, accesses the best course of action and then executes on that action
  • Unafraid to “roll up” their sleeves to help get the job done

Desirable Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a people leader in a fast adapting environment
  • Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations or related degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in an automotive background
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite tools
